What we bring to the table

Every podcast has different needs. We offer modular services so you can pick exactly what helps your show grow — nothing more, nothing less.

Recording and capture

We provide remote and in-studio recording sessions using broadcast-grade equipment. Our engineers ensure clean, consistent audio regardless of where your guests are located. We handle multi-track capture, backup recording, and real-time monitoring to prevent any lost content.

Audio editing and mixing

Raw recordings become polished episodes through our careful editing pipeline. We remove filler words, normalise levels, add music beds, and apply noise reduction. Each episode goes through at least two review passes before delivery to ensure broadcast-quality results.

Show notes and transcription

Every episode ships with detailed show notes, timestamps, and full transcriptions. These assets improve your search visibility, make your content accessible to hearing-impaired audiences, and give listeners a quick reference to key moments in each conversation.

Scheduling and distribution

We manage your publishing calendar and distribute episodes to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and over a dozen other platforms. Our team handles RSS feed configuration, metadata optimisation, and platform-specific formatting requirements.

Video podcast production

Expand your reach with video versions of your episodes. We handle multi-camera setups, screen recordings, animated audiograms, and short-form clips optimised for social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

Strategy and consulting

Not sure where to start? Our podcast strategists help you define your niche, structure your season arc, identify ideal guest profiles, and develop a growth plan tailored to your audience. We also advise on monetisation strategies including sponsorship outreach and listener support models.

How a show comes together

Discovery conversation

We begin with a detailed conversation about your goals, audience, and creative vision. This is where we understand the tone, format, and frequency that will work best for your podcast. We also discuss budget expectations and timelines so there are no surprises later.

Concept and branding

Our creative team develops your show identity — name refinement, cover art direction, intro and outro music, and a content calendar for your first season. We create a brand bible that keeps every episode visually and tonally consistent.

Pilot episode

Before committing to a full season, we produce a pilot episode together. This gives you a tangible feel for the workflow, the editing style, and the final output quality. Adjustments are made based on your feedback before moving forward.

Production cycle

Episodes are recorded, edited, reviewed, and scheduled on a rolling basis. You receive each episode for approval at least five business days before its publish date, giving ample time for revisions or last-minute changes.

Launch and growth

We handle platform submissions, launch-day coordination, and initial promotional pushes. After launch, we provide monthly analytics reports and quarterly strategy reviews to help your podcast grow its listener base steadily.

Frequently asked questions

Pricing depends on the scope of services you need. A basic editing-only package starts at a different price point than a full-service production with strategy, branding, and distribution. We provide a detailed quote after our discovery conversation so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Not necessarily. For remote recordings, we can recommend affordable microphone setups that deliver professional results. If you prefer to record in our studio in New Hugocester, all equipment is provided. We also offer equipment rental packages for hosts who travel frequently.

From first conversation to published pilot, the typical timeline is four to six weeks. This includes concept development, branding, pilot recording, editing, and platform submission. Rush timelines are available for an additional fee if you have a specific launch date in mind.

Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with shows that have been running for a while but need a production upgrade. We offer audit services where we review your current workflow, audio quality, and growth metrics, then recommend targeted improvements rather than a complete overhaul.

You do. All intellectual property rights to your podcast content remain with you. We retain no ownership or licensing claims over your episodes, artwork, or associated materials. Our agreement clearly outlines this so there is never any ambiguity about content ownership.
